Our rewards program has been around for quite some time now and after receiving a few great questions about how to actually use your points, I realized this post is long overdue.
So I thought this would be the perfect time to walk you through it โ step by step โจ
๐ How Much Are Your Points Worth?
We wanted to keep things really simple:
250 Sparks = $1 off your order
You can redeem your points for a discount code and apply it at checkout.
๐ First Things First
Before redeeming your points, make sure:
โ๏ธ You are logged into your account
โ๏ธ You have enough points for a reward
Once youโre in, youโre ready to go!
โจ Step 1: Open the Rewards Panel
Look for the rewards launcher (the gift icon) on the bottom left corner of the screen. ๐ Click it to open the rewards panel.

๐ Step 2: Click โWays to Redeemโ
Inside the panel, click โWays to Redeemโ.

๐ซ Step 3: Click “View”
๐ก If you have enough Sparks, the โViewโ button will appear.
If not, youโll see a small loading circle โ keep earning and it will unlock!

Click โViewโ to continue.
๐ Step 4: Redeem Your Discount Code
This is the most important step ๐

Use the slider to choose how many Sparks youโd like to redeem.
Once youโre ready, click Redeem, and youโll receive a discount code to use at checkout.

โ๏ธ Click โApply Codeโ OR
โ๏ธ Copy the code (by clicking on the copy icon) to apply at checkout
Once you click Apply code, your reward will be applied instantly!

๐ Step 5: Apply It at Checkout (if you copied the code in Step 4)
At checkout, paste your discount code into the discount code box.
๐ก Good to Know
- Your code will stay saved in your rewards panel if you donโt use it right away
- You can come back and use it later anytime
๐ธ Why It Works This Way
Right now, rewards are applied using a discount code at checkout.
It might feel like an extra step, but it ensures your rewards are flexible, you can save them and use them whenever youโre ready.
