Slimline Picnic Scene with Anja!

Hi guys! Wish you all had a very Happy Canada Day yesterday. Today we have Anja sharing another slimline card with us!

This slimline is telling a story and I love it! Anja combined images from The Sweetest Truck, Never Give Up, My BFF, Summer Sunshine and the Bee Happy stamp sets!

She die cut 3 stitched slimline panels to create the sky and the grassy hills scene. I love the Distress Oxide ink blending on the background. She used Tumbled Glass for the sky, and Mowed Lawn and Shabby Shutters for the grassy hills.

I love the smiley trees which are built using the images from My BFF stamp set, the bunnies, flowers, butterflies and the kitty in the trolley are also from the same set.

The other characters are a mixture of images from Summer Sunshine, Sweetest Truck and the Bee Happy stamp sets. All of the images were colored using Copics and aren’t they lovely!!

I love that she added some cute refreshments on the table (those adorable sushis are from Never Give Up stamp set) to make the scene even more interesting! Looks like this bunch is having a great party!

She assembled her card using both liquid glue and foam tape to create a bit of dimension to the card.

Thank you Anja! This scene is so full of fun!

Anja’s Interactive Underwater Scene!

Hello crafty friends! Today Anja is sharing with us a fun card featuring The More We Get Together stamp set and coordinating dies.

All the images were beautifully colored using Copics markers. She cut her two card panels using the largest dies from the Dots Meet Dashes Large Rectangles Overlays and the Cross Stitched and Dots Large Ractangles Overlays. She then used a wave boarder die from My Favourite Things on the bottom panel.

The Cross Stitched and Dots upper panel was blended using Distress Oxide Ink Squeezed Lemonade. And with a sunray stencil, she created gorgeous sunray beams on top of that with the same ink, but this time adding a bit more pressure while blending to get the darker hue.

The wavy panel was blended using Mermaid Lagoon and Broken China. She then added some white pigment ink to extend those sunray beams into the ocean!

I love that she added an action wobbler for the blow fish to make it even more interesting! See the cute fish in action below!

Finally she added the sentiment, “You Blow Meow Away” to finish off!

Thanks Anja! I love this cute underwater scene!

Thanks for stopping by everyone!

An Underwater Shaker Card with Anja!

Hi crafty friends! I’m so excited to share Anja’s shaker card for today! Anja used our recent released The More We Get Together stamp set and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts for this card.

All of the images were colored with Copic markers and die cut with the coordinating dies. I love that she used the slimline card in its portrait orientation so that she can arrange her scene in a tiered manner!

She die cut two slimline panels, and one of which had two windows for her shaker element. I love the beautifully blended turquoise tones on her card panels. Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide Ink was used on the back panel and Peacock Feather on the top panel.

I love the adorable seal on the ice berg floating at the very top with its thumbs up! As you look further down, you will see a bunch of adorable sea creatures including some tiny fishes, cuttle fishes and even a jelly fish!

Other accessory images like the seaweed, coral reefs and sea shell, just make the scene so much fuller and cuter!

To finish off, she added white gel pen highlights. Thank you Anja for this fun and awesome creation!

Thanks for stopping by, hope you like this example featuring The More We Get Together stamps and its coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts!

A Colorful Interactive Friendship Card by Ashley!

Hello crafty friends! Ashley is back today to share a beautiful friendship card featuring the My BFF stamps set and coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts! Check out her full video tutorial HERE!

I love the pinkish inked background that Ashley had created. She used Distress Oxide inks in Picked Raspberry and Spun Sugar, with a cloudy stencil. For the hillside grassy fields, she used Distress Oxide inks in Lucky Clover and Twisted Citron, together with a grassy stencil. She also used the largest die from the Dots Meets Dashes Large Rectangle Overlays stand-alone die for the boarder detail.

All of the images are from the My BFF stamp set, and were colored with Copic markers. See how some of the images from the set can be used as clouds as well as leaf clusters? I can’t get enough of these cute smiley faces!

I love that she added a wavy slider channel for the kitty in the trolley to glide across the hillside!

She stamped out the sentiment “Thank you for being a great friend” from the set in Versafine Onyx Black ink.

Finally she splattered some sequins to add some extra sparkle to this dreamy scene!

Thank you so much Ashley! This scene is just full of fun and happiness!

A Super Fun Slimline Card with Davina!

Hello! Davina is back to share a super cool slimline card for us today! She combined many different stamp sets for this amazing card, let’s see how she did it!

She stamped out images from the Rabbit CaféThe Sweetest TruckFun Adventure, and Never Give Up stamp sets. I love that she colored up all of the images using a sherbet hued rainbow of colors! I love the ink blended background with the splatter of white and glittery inks.

She arranged her images into a super gorgeous scene. She compiled it as if these little characters are in a food fair! I really love how she used the café house from the Rabbit Cafe stamp set and turned it into a sushi stall! And she even turned the ice cream truck from The Sweetest Truck stamp set into a coffee truck serving beverages! So cute!

I also love how she had the soy sauce from the Never Give Up stamp set as one of those large inflatable things that are outside of shops and at fair grounds. She even created a tilt slider for it to wiggle back and forth attracting customers! How cool is that!

I love the way she masked the ice cream images on the original ice cream truck from The Sweetest Truck and replaced them with coffee and matcha tea images. She used the tiny coffee themed words from There’s No One Like You, and stamp them on the truck and even added the little cup of from the Rabbit Café stamp set on top of the truck!

She also added some decorative elements such as the trees and the directional signages from the Fun Adventure stamp set to make it more interesting!

Thank you so much Davina! I love that you mix and match so many cute images from the different stamp sets, and altering some of them to create this huge and fun scene!

I hope you are inspired by this awesome creation! Thanks for stopping by!
