Sunbird Spark Joyride and Giggles

Joyride & Giggles Inspiration with Kary and Mimi

There’s something magical about the sound of laughter on a carnival ride. That mix of excitement, a little fear, and pure joy shared with friends. The Joyride & Giggles stamp and die set was created to capture that exact feeling and bring it onto paper!

🌟 A Playful Stamp & Die Set

This set celebrates fun and friendship with whimsical images: a drop tower called Stardrop, kids with joyful expressions, and even a sweet little bunny companion. The coordinating sentiments are lighthearted and encouraging, perfect for letting someone know they bring laughter and joy into your life.

🎨 Cardmaking Inspiration

Kary’s Carnival Scene

Kary’s card feels like a day at the fair. With the Stardrop ride as the centerpiece, bright colors, and layered details, she created a scene full of life and movement. The background was given extra depth with the Diamond Dusk 3D Embossing Folder, adding a textured, almost architectural look that beautifully frames the playful images. Her sentiment, “Sending thrills & giggles your way!”, perfectly matches the spirit of the design.

Mimi’s Ride-or-Cry Card

Mimi took a playful approach, highlighting the characters’ expressive faces on the tower ride. Her witty sentiment, “You’re my favorite ride-or-cry! Screaming with joy just thinking of you!”, adds both humor and heart, reminding us that joy always feels bigger when it’s shared!

See the Ride in Action!
One of the most delightful parts of this set is how it can be brought to life with an interactive element. With a simple pull-tab, the Stardrop ride goes up and down, just like the real thing! 🎢 We filmed a short reel to show the movement, because sometimes, seeing the ride bounce and drop brings the giggles to life even more than a still photo can. 💛

🎡 Cardmaking as a Way to Relive Joyful Moments

Crafting with Joyride & Giggles is about more than creating pretty cards. It’s about remembering the little things, the thrill of a ride, the giggles of childhood, the way laughter can connect us. Sitting down to stamp and color these characters feels like reliving those moments, and sharing them in a handmade card passes that joy on to someone else. Whether you build a full carnival scene or keep it simple with one smiling character, each project becomes a tiny celebration of fun and friendship.

This stamp definitely invites us to craft with playfulness and heart, reminding us that even the smallest creations can carry big joy!

Thanks for stopping by, happy crafting!

Home Sweet Home | Cozy Street Inspiration by Eileen

There’s something so heartwarming about a charming row of houses. It instantly gives you that “home sweet home” feeling. Today, I’m sharing a cheerful card created by Eileen using the Cozy Street Stamp Set and coordinating Dies.

A Stroll Down Cozy Street

The Cozy Street set is filled with whimsical little houses and details that make building a full neighborhood scene a joy. Each house has its own personality, from quaint rooftops to charming windows and doors, these images flawlessly forms a cozy street scene complete with trees, a bench, and even a classic red phone booth!

Design Details

For the background, Eileen stenciled soft clouds to set the scene and then layered two rows of colorful houses for added depth and dimension. To frame the design, she used an oval window, which draws the eye right into the heart of the neighborhood.

One of the best parts? The card flattens perfectly to slip into a standard envelope, making it as practical as it is beautiful!

The sentiment “Home Sweet Home” ties everything together, perfect for welcoming someone to a new house, celebrating a move, or simply sending warm thoughts.

Finishing Touches

To ground the scene, Eileen blended ink at the bottom to mimic a pathway. This subtle detail brings the entire neighborhood to life and adds a touch of realism to the whimsical design.

Why We Love the Cozy Street Set

This set is wonderfully versatile, you can build entire streets, highlight just one house as a focal point, or mix and match with other scene-building sets. Whether you’re crafting a “just because” card or celebrating a milestone, the Cozy Street Stamp Set and Dies will help you create little worlds full of charm and warmth.

✨ Big thanks to Eileen Ong for sharing this delightful project with us!

Aloha - Damask Stencils 360

Aloha!

Hello friends! It’s been awhile since I had some time to sit in my craft room to create! I wanted to share this fun card I made yesterday featuring the Damask Stencils 360°™.

I used a 5″ x 5″ panel for my background. I rotated the Damask Stencils 360°™ at 22.5 degrees, inking on all the ‘hearts’ stops on my Stencils 360°™ Friends Ed. stenciling tool. I chose a bunch of vibrant rainbow colors to create an array of overlays.

I then stamped, copic colored a hula girl from Aloha Hawaii and die cut it with its coordinating dies. I add some foam tape to adhere it right in the center of the card. I thought this image coordinates so well with the background! I also stamped the sentiment ALOHA on Grand Piano using white pigment ink and then white heat embossed it.

I then adhere my panel onto a piece of 5 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ piece of rainbow colored pattern paper just to bring out the bright rainbow hues even more!

Check out this Youtube Shorts to see how this card was made!

I hope you enjoy this inspiration! Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

Whimscial Fairy Themed Card by Eileen!

Hi friends! Eileen is back today to share a magical card with us featuring the adorable Garden Fairy digital stamp set!

The great thing about high resolution digital stamps is that you can scale the images however you wish! For this card, Eileen scaled her image to almost completely filling up an A2 size card.

To set the scene, she die-cut an arch window to showcase this whimsical image!

I love the gold paint splatter for the added magical touch! She also added some sparkly gems and the sentiment “Leave a little sparkle wherever you go” to complete the card.

If you’re wondering how to work with digital stamps, I made a video sometime ago showing my unboxing of the new Cricut Joy Extra. It includes the setting-up of the machine, calibration, and my first hand experience using the print then cut function with digital stamps! There’s also MUST-SEE TIPS, and MISTAKES that I made as a complete newbie to a Cricut machine! Click below or HERE to watch!

Thank you so much for your adorable inspiration Eileen!

Geometrical Inspired Card Duo by Eileen!

Geometrical shapes can be one of the best ideas for gender-neutral greeting cards! Today Eileen’s duo of cards feature our latest Geometric Arts clear stamp and dies, and the coordinating Hexagon Geo Cover die.

I am loving this two for one design! Eileen ink blended a panel in rainbow hue and die cut it using the Hexagon Geo Cover die. She used the die-cut frame for the card on the left, and stamped out some hexagon images from Geometric Arts clear stamp directly into the white spaces.

I love how she die cut the fun sentiment from Everyday Sentiments and blended it using the same rainbow tone to match!

For the second card, she directly stamped out in black, the hexagon patterns from Geometric Arts clear stamp onto the die-cut hexagons, and arranged them into the same geometry as per her first card, while leaving a white negative frame.

The bold sentiment on this card is also from Everyday Sentiments.

As you can see, geometric designs can be super versatile and very easy to make. So why not try it out for yourself?

Thank you Eileen for your wonderful inspirations! Thanks for stopping by!
